I have taught at the universities of Paris XIII, UOC, UPF, and UAB, and have been a visiting researcher at ULA and IVIC in Venezuela. My field of study is the Guyanese and Amazonian area, and more specifically the E\u2019nyepa Carib people of Venezuela, with whom I have worked on aspects of social space, territory, and the relationship with the natural environment. In my research, I have alternated between academic investigation and applied tasks, such as coordinating and providing technical support for the land self-demarcation project of the E\u2019nyepa people.
