The AQUAB group focuses on the effects of common and human-induced environmental stressors, including emergent contaminants, on the immune, metabolic and genomic responses in wild and farmed fish. We aim to contribute to a improve welfare and health of fish, to a more comprehensive modelling of host-pathogen interactions and to counsel, assist and build healthier and sustainable aquaculture practices.
