{"id":217,"date":"2019-10-10T12:20:31","date_gmt":"2019-10-10T10:20:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/webs.uab.cat\/arsad\/registration\/"},"modified":"2026-10-04T19:45:08","modified_gmt":"2026-10-04T17:45:08","slug":"registration","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/webs.uab.cat\/arsad\/registration\/","title":{"rendered":"Registration"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ARSAD registration information<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Fees<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-normal-font-size\">Standard, early bird (before 27 November): 185 euros.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-normal-font-size\">Standard (as of 27 November): 250 euros.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-normal-font-size\">Reduced, early bird (before 27 November): 110 euros.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-normal-font-size\">Reduced (as of 27 November): 175 euros.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">The registration fee includes access to the conference, coffee breaks and a light lunch on the conference days. It also includes an informal dinner (date to be confirmed). Link to registration forms below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Registration is compulsory for all speakers and attendees. A refund of the registration fee is not possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">A reduced fee is available for students and members of organisations which have signed a cooperation agreement with TransMedia Catalonia research group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Co-authors who are not attending do not need to pay the registration fee. Their names will be included as co-authors in the document sent to the presenter (proof of presentation), but no specific certificates will be issued for co-authors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ARSAD registration options<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Option 1 (recommended): without an invoice<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">If you want to register and you do&nbsp;<strong>not<\/strong>&nbsp;need an invoice or a receipt, please&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/webs.uab.cat\/arsad\/registration-without-invoice\/\">use this form<\/a><\/strong>. Please notice that you will not be able to claim an invoice or a receipt at a later stage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Option 2: with an invoice<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">If you want to register and you need an invoice, please\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/webs.uab.cat\/arsad\/registration-with-invoice\/\">use this form<\/a>. <\/strong>The invoice will contain the account number (which may be different from the one in Option 1). This registration form will close three weeks before the event and requires the submission of personal data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Option 3: only for participants exempt from payment<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Please notice that all speakers must pay the registration fee. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Students and researchers from the Faculty of Translation and Interpreter and from The Faculty of Arts and Humanities at the Universitat Aut\u00f2noma de Barcelona are exempt from payment.
