Per aconseguir un di\u00e0leg que impliqui totes les mirades, el congr\u00e9s va ser adre\u00e7at a persones investigadores, docents, representants de l&#8217;administraci\u00f3 p\u00fablica i tots els altres agents de la comunitat educativa.
