Recognizing this potential, Oslo is actively promoting the implementation of green roofs across the city to enhance urban conditions. Understanding the potential desired and undesired impacts of green roofs, both within urban environments and beyond, is crucial for assessing their effectiveness. URBAG has undertaken this challenge by evaluating how green roofs can impact local and global vulnerabilities. To gain a comprehensive understanding of these transformations and their significance for the city of Oslo, an online participatory workshop was conducted involving various stakeholders from the public, academic, and private sectors.<\/p>\n<p>Among the results obtained, it can be highlighted that:<\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>When assessing the impacts of green roofs on local vulnerabilities, the two more relevant vulnerabilities to consider are: heavy rainfall events and lack of habitats for pollinators.<\/li>\n<li>In the case of impacts of green roofs on global vulnerabilities, the two more relevant vulnerabilities to consider are: climate change and chemical pollution.<\/li>\n<li>Impacts of local vulnerabilities were considered more important than those on global vulnerabilities.<\/li>\n<li>Results from the assessment can inform local policymaking by prioritizing urban areas for green roof implementation that provide the greatest amount of desired impacts. Reconeixent aquest potencial, Oslo est\u00e0 promovent activament la implementaci\u00f3 de cobertes verdes a tota la ciutat per millorar les condicions urbanes. Entendre els possibles impactes desitjats i no desitjats de les cobertes verdes, tant en entorns urbans com m\u00e9s enll\u00e0, \u00e9s crucial per avaluar la seva efic\u00e0cia. URBAG ha dut a terme aquest repte avaluant com les cobertes verdes poden afectar les vulnerabilitats locals i globals. Per tal d&#8217;assolir una comprensi\u00f3 completa d&#8217;aquestes transformacions i la seva import\u00e0ncia per a la ciutat d&#8217;Oslo, es va dur a terme un taller participatiu virtual en el qual van participar diverses parts interessades del sector p\u00fablic, acad\u00e8mic i privat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"es-VE\">Entre els resultats obtinguts, es pot destacar que:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li><span lang=\"es-VE\">A l&#8217;hora d&#8217;avaluar els impactes de les cobertes verdes sobre les vulnerabilitats locals, les dues vulnerabilitats m\u00e9s rellevants a tenir en compte s\u00f3n: els esdeveniments de pluges intenses i la manca d&#8217;h\u00e0bitats per als pol\u00b7linitzadors.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"es-VE\">En el cas d&#8217;impactes de cobertes verdes en vulnerabilitats globals, les dues vulnerabilitats m\u00e9s rellevants a considerar s\u00f3n: el canvi clim\u00e0tic i la contaminaci\u00f3 qu\u00edmica.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"es-VE\">Els impactes de les vulnerabilitats locals es van considerar m\u00e9s importants que els de les vulnerabilitats globals.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"es-VE\">Els resultats de l&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3 poden informar l&#8217;elaboraci\u00f3 de pol\u00edtiques locals prioritzant les \u00e0rees urbanes per a la implementaci\u00f3 de cobertes verdes que proporcionin la major quantitat d&#8217;impactes desitjats.
