Over the past weeks, Vanessa Monteiro<\/a>, a postdoctoral researcher at ICTA, participated in the IG3IS Stakeholder Consultations and User Summit 2026<\/a> at the World Meteorological Organization in Geneva (20\u201322 April 2026). Together with Paula Castesana (Barcelona Supercomputing Center on the RESPIRE<\/a> project), she contributed to the \u201cMarketplace of Ideas,\u201d presenting work in Spain aimed at making atmospheric observations and modelling more accessible for stakeholders. Vanessa highlighted the unique challenges of Barcelona, where complex emissions, land cover, and topography complicate data interpretation. To address this, she has been developing tools at the Universitat Aut\u00f2noma de Barcelona, including an interactive dashboard to explore spatial variability in CO\u2082 and CH\u2084 across the city.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
