It was established to produce information on greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and removals to help countries, cities, and other stakeholders make better-informed decisions.&nbsp;<br>The Spanish-language IG3IS implementation training is intended to build practical capacity in Spanish-speaking countries to design and implement national or subnational greenhouse gas monitoring systems using the IG3IS framework. The target audience includes countries already developing IG3IS-related proposals and newcomers seeking to understand implementation requirements.
