Its contents include theoretical foundations and evidence-based approaches, but also a range of practical exercises and case studies. Its seven teaching units can be used as a whole or selectively. Su contenido incluye fundamentos te\u00f3ricos y pero tambi\u00e9n una serie de ejercicios pr\u00e1cticos y estudios de casos.
