The department is structured in areas of interdisciplinary research in different areas: inclusive societies and scientific citizenship; training and organization; children, family, social networks; research methods in humanities; roots and cultures of contemporaneity; theories and care practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>An important part of its work has focused on the study of family diversity, contexts of family care and educational services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image is-style-rounded\"><figure class=\"alignright size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"100\" height=\"100\" src=\"http:\/\/bfp.inteligencia.biz\/files\/2021\/02\/fede-e1612257114672.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-381\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Federica de Cordova <\/strong>is a social psychologist, Assistant Professor at the University of Verona where she teaches \u201cTranscultural Psychology\u201d. Her research focuses on identity and culture, particularly in cultural and social norms constrained in self-definition in specific contexts and how such constraints affect both individuals who meet the rules and the ones who transgress them. She has developed the multi-method research \u201cFamilyLives\u201d (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.familylives.eu\">www.familylives.eu<\/a>) on parental identity within same-sex couples, between Italy and the USA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image is-style-rounded\"><figure class=\"alignleft size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"90\" height=\"103\" src=\"http:\/\/bfp.inteligencia.biz\/files\/2021\/02\/chiara-e1612257141828.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-380\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Chiara Sit\u00e0<\/strong> is a researcher in Education at the University of Verona. Her research deals with the relationship between professionals and parents in parent support services, considering parent support as a context of social practice where macro and micro meet and where the different actors\u2019 visions are mutually influenced. She has developed the multi-method research \u201cFamilyLives\u201d (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.familylives.eu\">www.familylives.eu<\/a>) on parental identity within seam-sex couples, between Italy and USA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image is-style-rounded\"><figure class=\"alignright size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"81\" height=\"81\" src=\"https:\/\/webs.uab.cat\/bf\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/259\/2021\/02\/giuliaselmi-e1612257843717.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-382\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Giulia Selmi<\/strong> got her PhD in sociology and social research at the University of Trento and she is currently a post-doc research fellow at the University of Verona. Her research focuses on gender differences, sexualities and rights. In the last years, she has worked on LGBT couples and family by exploring the relationships among personal experiences, cultural models and the legal framework (or lack thereof).
