Its objectives will be:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1) the knowledge and analysis of the Dutch model of public policies in relation to children separated from their families, with special attention to those who migrate without parental accompaniment;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2) the comparative analysis of the main challenges for their inclusion in school and society, based on the experiences of different countries;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3) the analysis of the examples identified as good practices in this field.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This activity is addressed to members\/volunteers\/workers at the <a href=\"https:\/\/webs.uab.cat\/bf\/partners\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"http:\/\/brighterfutureproject.eu\/partners\/\">7 partners participating in the BF projec<\/a><a href=\"http:\/\/brighterfutureproject.eu\/partners\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"http:\/\/brighterfutureproject.eu\/partners\/\">t<\/a>. Each partner will cover the travel expenses for 3 participants. Experience in working in direct contact with children (35%).<br>2. Experience related to the child protection system (30%).<br>3. Potential to apply acquired knowledge in the near future (35%).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For academic partners (RUG, UAB, UNIVR)<br>1. Research related to Childhood Studies, particularly to child protection system (40%).<br>2. Potential to apply acquired knowledge in the near future (40%).<br>3. Knowledge\/experience in defining university training programs in Education or related fields (20%).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-green-cyan-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Selection process<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Candidates should send a CV and a motivation letter to <a href=\"mailto:mariano.beltran@uab.cat\">mariano.beltran@uab.cat<\/a> not later than 4 April 2022.
