PopLife constitutes a digital research infrastructure developed by the group for the visualization and analysis of population genomic data across species. Through a strategic collaboration with the Port d\u2019Informaci\u00f3 Cient\u00edfica<\/a> (PIC), one of the nodes of the Spanish Supercomputing Network<\/a> (RES), the platform is hosted within national high-performance computing facilities, ensuring scalability, long-term data preservation and interoperability. The project secured a competitive five-year data allocation from the RES (DATA-2022-1-0015), reinforcing its national strategic relevance. PopLife integrates multiple previous genomic tools into a unified and scalable platform, ensures FAIR data compliance, and exemplifies innovation in bioinformatics infrastructure aligned with the digital transformation of research systems. <\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
