The CEO\u2011UAB<\/a> is involved in the leadership of the Diagoras: The International Academic Journal on Olympic Studies<\/a>, the first open\u2011access journal in the field of Olympic studies.<\/p>\n\n

The aim of Diagoras<\/a> is to promote a critical understanding of Olympism, the Olympic Movement, and the Olympic Games.<\/p>\n\n

The journal focuses on Olympic studies, with particular emphasis on educational, pedagogical, historical, sociocultural, communication, and sport sciences perspectives. Diagoras seeks to establish itself as the leading multidisciplinary academic journal on Olympic topics by expanding knowledge and understanding in related areas.<\/p>\n\n

Published materials focus on original research, integrative and analytical reviews, as well as philosophical debates on Olympic\u2011related themes.<\/p>\n\n

Diagoras<\/em> is an international online academic journal published through a collaborative agreement between the Olympic Studies Centre of New Zealand (University of Canterbury), the Olympic Studies Centre of the German Sport University, and the Olympic Studies Centre of the Autonomous University of Barcelona.<\/p>\n\n
