Posteriorment, va realitzar una estada postdoctoral (1990-92), com a bec\u00e0ria Fulbright, a la NASA Ames Research Center (California). Al 1992, va tornar a la UAB com a Professora Associada. Des de 2008, \u00e9s Professora Titular del Departament de Qu\u00edmica de la UAB. Ha rebut la Distinci\u00f3 de la Generalitat de Catalunya al Foment de la Recerca en la Universitat (2001) i el premi ICREA Acad\u00e8mia en 2011. \u00c9s coautora de 200 articles en revistes internacionals de qu\u00edmica computacional i te\u00f2rica i ha dirigit 12 tesis doctorals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right\">Els seus principals interessos de recerca se centren en l&#8217;estructura i reactivitat de sistemes bioinorg\u00e1nicos utilitzant t\u00e8cniques de simulaci\u00f3 per ordinador basades en m\u00e8todes de qu\u00edmica qu\u00e0ntica. Projectes recents se centren en i) l&#8217;estructura i l&#8217;activitat redox de sistemes de cations met\u00e0l\u00b7lics-amiloides en el context de les malalties neurodegeneratives, ii) l&#8217;adsorci\u00f3, la reactivitat i l&#8217;autoassemblatge de biomol\u00e8cules en superf\u00edcies basades en s\u00edlice, en el context de la qu\u00edmica prebi\u00f2tica i iii) el mecanisme de reacci\u00f3 de processos catalitzats per complexos de metalls de transici\u00f3 biocompatibles.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mariona Sodupe es va llicenciar en Qu\u00edmica per la Universitat Aut\u00f2noma Barcelona (UAB) en 1985 i es va doctorar en Qu\u00edmica per la mateixa universitat en 1990.
