Despr\u00e9s de les seves experi\u00e8ncies postdoctorals a Leicester, Manchester i Par\u00eds, a l&#8217;actualitat dirigeix el grup InSilichem en la UAB. Els camps principals de la seva recerca s\u00f3n el disseny de metalopeptidos naturals i sint\u00e8tics, metaloenzimas artificials i metalof\u00e1rmacos amb aplicacions en biocat\u00e1lisis, disseny de f\u00e0rmacs i malalties neurodegeneratives. InSilichem \u00e9s tamb\u00e9 el lloc on es desenvolupen un marc computacional integrador per la qu\u00edmica computacional TANGRAM i el 3D molecular sketcher de GaudiMM.
