La nanocat\u00e0lisi ha esborrat els l\u00edmits entre cat\u00e0lisi homog\u00e8nia i heterog\u00e8nia, i s&#8217;han dissenyat metal\u00b7loenzims artificials, constru\u00efdes mitjan\u00e7ant la introducci\u00f3 d&#8217;un cofactor catal\u00edtic organomet\u00e0l\u00b7lic en una bastimentada biomolecular, per a catalitzar reaccions no presents en la Naturalesa. A m\u00e9s, s&#8217;utilitzen interaccions no covalents per a construir i modificar catalitzadors homogenis, donant lloc a la cat\u00e0lisi supramolecular. Fins i tot el camp de la cat\u00e0lisi homog\u00e8nia est\u00e0 canviant r\u00e0pidament, amb un fort accent en el desenvolupament de catalitzadors eficients amb metalls de transici\u00f3 de primera fila biocompatibles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les simulacions computacionals s&#8217;han convertit en una metodologia \u00fatil i potent en cadascun dels tres camps de la cat\u00e0lisi convencional.
