These four research lines are developed in close collaboration with experimental groups including K. V. Bukhryakov (FIU); S. T. Diver (SUNY at Buffalo) and M. P. Conley and R. R. Schrock (UC Riverside) in the field of metathesis, R. Mas-Ballest\u00e9 (UAM) and C. Gimbert (UAB) in the field of photocatalysis and the UAB groups of SeloxCat (X. Sala-Roman, J. Garc\u00eda-Anton) and GEFRO (G.
