He <strong>translated philosophical tracts<\/strong> from Arabic into Latin, including al-Kindi, Avicenna and Ibn Gabirol, and wrote<strong> six philosophical works<\/strong>: <em>De divisione philosophiae<\/em>, <em>De immortalitate animae<\/em>, <em>De scientiis<\/em>, <em>De unitate et uno<\/em>, <em>De processione mundi<\/em> and the <em>Tractatus de anima<\/em>.
