Andrea Jover i Pujol is Doctor in Sociology from the Autonomous University of Barcelona. She previously graduated in Political Science at Universitat of Barcelona) and completed a Master’s Degree in Social Policy, Work and Welfare at Autonomous University of Barcelona. She developed an “Industrial PhD” (Generalitat de Catalunya) and her research are related to the rights and wellbeing of children in care linked with the protection system professional’s work. She is adjunct professor in the Department of Sociology at the Autonomous University of Barcelona, where she teaches sociology of education.
