DIGINEQ (Digital Time Use, Adolescent Well-Being and Social Inequalities) examines how adolescents’ digital use shapes well-being and social inequalities.
Main Objectives
- Lifespan inequalities – Track how changes in digital use from childhood to late adolescence shape well-being by family social background.
- Mechanisms – Disentangle how specific types of digital time relate to adolescent well-being across socioeconomic groups.
- Digital interventions – Apply RCT designs to foster adolescents’ healthy digital use and well-being and reduce inequalities across the population.
