What was the aim of the Event 3?<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size:20px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">Event 3&nbsp;took place on 13 February&nbsp;2020.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size:20px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">The event was in Hildesheim, Germany.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size:20px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">The University of Hildesheim organised it.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size:20px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">The aim of the event was to present the EASIT skills cards<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size:20px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">and also the EASIT curricula.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size:20px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">86 participants attended the event.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size:20px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\"><strong>2. What did we do in the event?<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size:20px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">There was a poster presentation<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size:20px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">and also 12 presentations:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:20px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">Christiane Maa\u00df and Sergio Hern\u00e1ndez Garrido started the event.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:20px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">Irene Pieper welcomed all the participants.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:20px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">Christiane Maa\u00df and Sergio Hern\u00e1ndez Garrido presented a&nbsp;summary&nbsp;of the EASIT project.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:20px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">Jes\u00fas Meiri\u00f1o presented the EASIT skills cards.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:20px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">Christiane Maa\u00df and Sergio Hern\u00e1ndez Garrido presented the EASIT curricula.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:20px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">Alea Stephan talked about working with end users to create content in easy-to-understand language.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:20px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">Leealaura Leskel\u00e4 discussed the use of easy-to-understand language in Finland.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:20px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">The research group \u201cSimply complex \u2013 Easy Language\u201d presented their research projects.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:20px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">Xavier Moonen talked about easy-to-understand language in the Netherlands.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:20px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">Susanne Jekat presented the new programme in accessible communication at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:20px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">Hov\u00e1rth P\u00e9ter L\u00e1szl\u00f3 and Sallai Illona presented the work with end users in Budapest.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:20px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">Ulla Vanhatalo and Tiina Onikki-Rantaj\u00e4\u00e4sk\u00f6 talked about research and training in easy-to-understand language in Finland.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:20px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">Christiane Maa\u00df and Sergio Hern\u00e1ndez Garrido closed the event.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size:20px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">The event was interpreted into German.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size:20px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\"><strong>3.
