called RTV Ljubljana then.<\/p>\n\n<p>Ljubljana is the capital city of Slovenia.<\/p>\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Channels<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>RTV Slovenija has 8 radio channels<\/p>\n\n<p>and 5 like the Internet.<\/p>\n\n<p>It is information you can get on your TV screen.<\/p>\n\n<p>Teletext shows news, weather,<\/p>\n\n<p>RTV schedules and other information.<\/p>\n\n<p>Viewers can also get subtitles for programmes on Teletext.<\/p>\n\n<p>Teletext has been around for a long time.<\/p>\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Accessible information<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>The Multimedia Centre&nbsp;of RTV Slovenija is another useful thing.<\/p>\n\n<p>The Multimedia Centre is on the Internet.<\/p>\n\n<p>It has many applications.<\/p>\n\n<p>Some of the applications help people with disabilities.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n<p>People with disabilities also watch television.<\/p>\n\n<p>They have the right to information.<\/p>\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n<p>People who are deaf or do not hear subtitles.<\/p>\n\n<p>More than 1 hour a day,<\/p>\n\n<p>the channel is&nbsp;interpreted in Slovene sign language.<\/p>\n\n<p>That means that a person on the screen<\/p>\n\n<p>is signing what the sounds are.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n<p>For people who are blind or cannot see well,<\/p>\n\n<p>TV Slovenija has a channel with audio description.<\/p>\n\n<p>There is a special new audio channel for people<\/p>\n\n<p>who are blind or cannot see well.<\/p>\n\n<p>People can turn the audio channel on the television sets.<\/p>\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n<p>Then they can listen to audio subtitles <\/p>\n\n<p>and&nbsp;descriptions of some films.<\/p>\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n<p>RTV Slovenija also has a special service<\/p>\n\n<p>for accessibility of radio and TV programmes.<\/p>\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n<p>RTV Slovenija is part of<\/p>\n\n<p>2 Erasmus+ projects for accessibility.<\/p>\n\n<p>One project is called ADLAB PRO<\/p>\n\n<p>(<strong>A<\/strong>udio <strong>D<\/strong>escription: <\/p>\n\n<p>a <strong>lab<\/strong>oratory for the development of a new <strong>pro<\/strong>fessional profile.)<\/p>\n\n<p>ADLAB PRO started in year 2016 <\/p>\n\n<p>and will end in 2019.<\/p>\n\n<p>The second project is EASIT.<\/p>\n\n<p>EASIT is the short form for <strong>E<\/strong>asy <strong>A<\/strong>ccess for <strong>S<\/strong>ocial <strong>I<\/strong>nclusion <strong>T<\/strong>raining.<\/p>\n\n<p>EASIT started in 2018 <\/p>\n\n<p>and will finish in 2021.<\/p>\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Working togethe<\/strong>r<\/p>\n\n<p>RTV Slovenija is a member of&nbsp;EBU.<\/p>\n\n<p>EBU stands for European Broadcaster Union.<\/p>\n\n<p>That means that RTV Slovenija works with<\/p>\n\n<p>other European
