Cuestionario de autoevaluación de la seguridad integral para centros educativos

This contribution reports on the process to define and conduct an on-line survey to assess the integral safety and security of schools. Designed by an interdisciplinary group of experts from the field of safety and the Teaching and School Administration Department of the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, it gives schools internet access to a document that lets them diagnose their safety levels, and includes measures to improve safety in those areas identified as lacking. This safety self-assessment tool (referred to as the EDURISC Self-Assessment Survey) was designed and created to promote the self-assessment of risk in schools, while helping schools to adopt preventive measures and promote a culture of risk prevention and safety among administrative teams and teachers.
