D&#8217;una banda, es troben les l\u00ednies de recerca sobre la relaci\u00f3 entre educaci\u00f3 i treball i la formaci\u00f3 professional. En aquest grup, tamb\u00e9 s&#8217;investiguen q\u00fcestions sobre la formaci\u00f3 cont\u00ednua i sobre la modalitat dual de la formaci\u00f3 professional i universit\u00e0ria. D&#8217;altra banda, l&#8217;equip EFI investiga sobre la joventut i el seu empoderament, abordant q\u00fcestions sobre la Generaci\u00f3 Z, en concret el benestar de les i els joves i la seva relaci\u00f3 amb l&#8217;aprenentatge. Un altre grup de l\u00ednies de recerca es dirigeix cap a l&#8217;educaci\u00f3 superior en diferents \u00e0mbits i la formaci\u00f3 del professorat. Finalment, esmentar el grup de l\u00ednies de recerca sobre innovaci\u00f3 educativa, les modalitats d&#8217;ensenyament mediades per la tecnologia i l&#8217;aprenentatge en la societat digital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Totes les recerques que es realitzen en el grup EFI en qualsevol de les seves l\u00ednies, s&#8217;afronten considerant m\u00faltiples perspectives: l&#8217;efic\u00e0cia, l&#8217;equitat, el g\u00e8nere, l&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3, el disseny, la planificaci\u00f3 i la qualitat.
