THE REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN!
Register for the ESArts Midterm Conference before June 1 to take advantage of the early bird rate. The regular registration deadline is July 30th.

Registration fees include: conference pack, lunchs and coffee breaks and evening social party.
Important! To be included in the program, all participants (including presenters, chairs, discussants, etc.) must complete their registration by paying full registration fees no later than July 30, 2025. If not registered, their names will not appear in the Program Book and Abstracts Book.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations must be requested in writing and sent to cg.esarts2025@uab.cat.
- Cancellations received on or before May 15, 2025 will be refunded in full, minus a 20€ cancellation fee, which applies regardless of the reason for cancellation.
- Registration may be transferred to another colleague at no additional cost, provided this is done before May 15, 2025.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after June 1, 2025.
- Social dinner tickets are non-refundable.
