Thank you to everyone who submitted a proposal to present at the ESArts 2025 Conference in Barcelona.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

The European Sociological Association\u2019s Research Network 02 \u2013 Sociology of the Arts invited authors to submit abstracts and proposals for the 13th Mid-Term Conference, which will take place at the Universitat Aut\u00f2noma de Barcelona on 8\u20139 September 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

GUIDELINES FOR SUBMITTING AUTHORS\u202f<\/strong> (now closed)<\/em><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Abstracts should be 400 words, written in English. You are not allowed to submit more than two abstracts (as first author). Abstracts should give a clear indication of the content of the research objectives, theory, methods, data, or materials that the study is based on, and findings, results or observations (if known). Submissions in performance or other expressive forms are also welcome and should describe the preconditions and process of the activity. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please submit your abstract and full contact details not later than February 15th, 2025, as an attached file (PDF) to the conference email address cg.esarts2025@uab.cat<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Include the following information in the same document as your abstract:\u202f <\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. name(s) of the author(s), institutional affiliation (both university and department), email(s) to authors;\u202f <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. title of proposed presentation or panel\/roundtable\/workshop and indication of proposal format: oral paper presentation;\u202f\u202f <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. indicative area of presentation (01-25, see the list above)\u202f <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. 3\u20135 keywords. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    • oral presentation of papers (90 minutes sessions with 4 papers)\u202f <\/li>\n\n\n\n
