These approaches are well-suited to capturing the lived experiences, perceptions, and narratives of the communities involved. To complement this ethnographic focus, the project also integrates <strong>cultural policy management tools,<\/strong> such as cultural impact assessment and cultural policy analysis. <strong>Aesthetic criteria<\/strong> will be a key evaluation tool and all fieldwork involving human participants will adhere to the <strong>highest ethical standards<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>non-academic placement<\/strong> at Barcelona Cultural Institute (ICUB) will significantly contribute to understanding the realistic dimensions of cultural policy implementation, ensuring both a nuanced understanding of the field and practical relevance for policy development. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>FADO-ME incorporates gender-relevant questions that will be answered by integrating <strong>inclusive analysis<\/strong> and <strong>qualitative methods<\/strong>, and aims to contribute to <strong>Research and Innovation<\/strong> by adding gender as an important parameter in the global cultural economy of fado and the broader Iberian music heritage. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>FADO-ME employs an ethnomusicological and anthropological multi-method qualitative research strategy that integrates key ethnographic tools\u2014including in-depth interviews, participant observation, and music\/discourse analysis.
