On Wednesday, February 10, 2016, in the Lecture Hall of the Faculty of Humanities at the Autonomous University of Barcelona, and as part of the Doctoral Program in Geography, the reading and defense of Victoria Cedro Barrionuevo dissertation titled Citizen Participation in the Urban Construction of Vila de Santa Luzia (Recife, Brazil): A Dialogue from Gender, Identity, and Politics was held. The dissertation was co-directed by Enric Mendizábal Riera and Maria Prats Ferret.
