On September 17, 2014, in the Assembly Hall (B7/1056) of the Faculty of Humanities at the Autonomous University of Barcelona, and within the framework of the Doctoral Program in Geography, the thesis by Brais Estévez Villarino was presented. The thesis, titled The Controversy of Plaça de Lesseps (Barcelona): An Opportunity to Rethink the Condition of Urban Public Spaces, was supervised by Maria Dolors Garcia Ramon.
