{"id":882,"date":"2019-11-26T10:21:54","date_gmt":"2019-11-26T08:21:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/webs.uab.cat\/giq\/news\/opening\/"},"modified":"2019-11-26T10:21:54","modified_gmt":"2019-11-26T08:21:54","slug":"opening","status":"publish","type":"news","link":"https:\/\/webs.uab.cat\/giq\/news\/opening\/","title":{"rendered":"Postdoc on Real-Time Quantum Sensors (theory)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The <a href=\"http:\/\/grupsderecerca.uab.cat\/giq\/\">Quantum Information Group<\/a> (GIQ) of the Universitat Aut\u00f2noma de Barcelona (UAB) offers a&nbsp; postdoctoral position within the project <a href=\"https:\/\/www.quantera.eu\/calls-for-proposals\/funded-projects-call-2019\/91-c-mon-qsens\">C&#8217;MON-QSENS!<\/a> (Continuously Monitored Quantum Sensors: Smart Tools and Applications) funded by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.quantera.eu\/\">QuantERA<\/a> EU program in Quantum Technologies. The appointment will be for a two years term, (possibly) renewable for a third year.<\/p>\n<p>The successful candidate will work on theoretical aspects Quantum Statistical Inference in continuously monitored systems, with particular focus on schemes that could be relevant for hot atoms magnetometers and optomechanical quantum sensors.
