On 25 April 2024, the Barcelona Bar Association is organising a conference entitled “IA en el sector jurídico: innovación, soluciones empresariales y salvaguarda de activos inmateriales”, in light of the Intellectual Property Day.
This event focuses on deepening the analysis and deliberation on the role of artificial intelligence in the legal domain, beginning with a presentation of the AI-powered tools that participating entities have developed and adapted to their operations and that are available of the ICAB members. The event will be oriented towards a debate focused on the most relevant legal issues associated with Intellectual and Industrial Property, including the legal protection of said tools, as well as the contents that are used and produced, among other topics of interest.
The GLOBAL INTEL researcher, Dr Lidia Ballesta, will participate in the event as speaker. Also, Dr Santiago Robert, assistant professor at the UAB will be moderating one of the panels.
