On 2-3 2025, Dr Ballesta attended the event “Current Reflections on EU Anti-Discrimination Law”, organised by ERA in Madrid. It presented current reflections by academic experts on the state of play and future development of EU anti-discrimination law.
The key topics were Algorithmic discrimination, Age discrimination, Disability discrimination, Online hate speech, Discrimination of trans and nonbinary persons and National equality bodies.
