First, teacher reading groups, in which educational topics are discussed on the basis of texts. Second, the analysis of samples of activities or student work, to review students\u2019 learning. Third, teacher support groups, aimed at discussing shared problems. Fourth, learning walks, to observe different classrooms within the school. Fifth, practice videos, used to analyse one\u2019s own teaching practices and those of other teachers. Sixth, lesson study, to jointly plan and observe lessons. Seventh, the collection of feedback from former students, in order to contrast one\u2019s own perspective with that of these learners. Eighth, inter-school visits, to share practices from different school contexts.
