Graduated in Medicine and Surgery in 1996, I have been a forensic doctor since 1999 (body of forensic doctors, Ministry of Justice). In 2008, I obtained a PhD in Biological Anthropology at the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB), with the thesis “Morphofunctional study of the human radius: morphogenesis, biomechanics and evolution”, directed by Dra. Assumption Malgosa and Dr. John Manyosa. I currently work at the Institute of Legal Medicine and Forensic Sciences of Catalonia (IMLCFC), and I am an associate professor in forensic and legal medicine at UAB. My field of specialization is forensic anthropology.
