One of the key objectives of our project is to facilitate the exchange of knowledge and promote debate on renewable energies in order to ensure that the EU is climate-neutral by 2050. This will entail an economy with net-zero greenhouse gas emissions. We are pleased to announce that the Annual Energy Conference will be held next week at the University of Stavanger. On Tuesday 12 and Wednesday 3, the following topics related to the energy industry will be discussed: political risk in Norway, investments in offshore wind, battery storage and solar energy, and ESG and transmission.
