This quality label is awarded to all proposals submitted to the MSCA Individual Fellowships Call that scored 85% or more but could not be funded from the call budget. Due to funding cuts, less than 15% of the proposals were funded. This meant that despite Anna&#8217;s high evaluation, she was not able to receive financing this year.
