Her thesis, entitled \u00abEnglish as a Foreign Language (EFL) learning and capital in rural China: A case study of a group of secondary students\u00bb was supervised by Dr. Melinda Dooly and Dr. Emilee Moore. Examining Board members were David Block, Universitat de Lleida (president), Xavier Fontich, Universitat Aut\u00f2noma de Barcelona (secretary), John O&#8217;Regan, UCL Institute of Education, University College London (spokesperson).
