GRET – Grup de Recerca en Educació i Treball (Research Group on Education and Work)
GRET develops a line of research around the complex relationships between educational systems and productive systems. The aim is to develop a comprehensive framework for the evolution of systems and mechanisms for skills production, as well as the evolution of the productive spaces in which these skills are developed, taking into account the role of both individual and institutional actors.
From a methodological perspective, the approach defined from the beginning was longitudinal and biographical, serving as a framework to construct, understand, and analyze the educational and labor market trajectories of individuals, particularly young people. GRET is committed to the applied dimension of research and to the transfer of knowledge to the educational community, public administrations, and social actors.
