#GROW is a three-year project that analyses the influence of Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) services on women’s participation in the labour market in Italy.

The research integrates a social policy approach with advanced statistical techniques to analyse the influence of ECEC services on women’s participation in the labour market. The two disciplines complement each other, leading to a multidisciplinary approach to nurture policy recommendations for an effective expansion of ECEC services.
