It\u2019s co-funded by the European Commission under the&nbsp;<a title=\"Competitiveness and Innovation Framework Program, webpage\" href=\"http:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/cip\/\">Competitiveness and Innovation Framework Program<\/a>&nbsp;(CIP) and by&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/webs.uab.cat\/hbb4all\/consortium\/\">12 partners<\/a>. They are from several complementary fields: universities, TV channels\/broadcasters, research institutes, and SMEs. All are experts in the field of media accessibility and the multi-device environment.
