The Hearing and Neurotechnology Group of the Department of Microelectronics and System Electronics and the Institute of Neuroscience at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona conducts research and teaching in hearing technology and audiology. The group is very interdisciplinary covering fields of acoustics, signal processing, auditory models, electrophysiology and psychophysics.
The group started in October 2024 as part of the ATRAE project NEURO-HEAR. Through an international research agreement with UAB, HNTG is part of the Cluster of Excellence Hearing4all.connects .
