This recognition particularly considers the impact of the scientific publications associated with the doctoral research.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In this edition, the jury decided to grant the award to the thesis entitled:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201c<strong>Modeling and management of energy consumption in a fault-tolerant high-performance computing system<\/strong>\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>by Dr. Marina Mor\u00e1n.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The thesis was supervised by <strong>Dr. Dolores Rexachs, Dr. Javier Balladini, and Dr. Enzo Rucci,<\/strong> and focuses on the study and development of models and strategies to optimize energy consumption in High-Performance Computing (HPC) systems, incorporating fault-tolerance mechanisms.
