It is at this centre and university that he has carried out most of his work. However, he has also held teaching positions at the University of Girona (UdG) and the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (UOC). For four years, he was a pre-doctoral researcher at the Centre Maurice Halbwachs (\u00c9cole Normale Sup\u00e9rieure-Paris Sciences et Lettres \/ EHESS \/ CNRS) in Paris, and for two years, a post-doctoral researcher in the Department of Political and Social Sciences at Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona.
