The host research group is called the Intelligent Transportation Systems Group and is a consolidated research group (Q0818002H), recognized by the Agency for the Quality of the University System of Catalonia (AQU). It is dedicated to the development of new frameworks, methodologies, and technologies in transportation systems with the aim of increasing the efficiency of systems and improving their sustainability. Its main focus is the management of unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) systems and air traffic management.
