Webinar “The Balkans in the EU” with Miodrag Vlahovic, former Minister of Foreign Affairs of Montenegro

The online seminar “The Balkans in the EU” has taken place today, 21 November 2025, led by Miodrag Vlahović, former Minister of Foreign Affairs of Montenegro. It was an honour to welcome such an experienced and distinguished figure in European and international affairs, examining the relationship between the Balkans and the European Union.

The seminar brought together students from the Master’s Degree in Artificial Intelligence and Digital Law and the Master’s Degree in European Integration, who participated actively in the discussion and reflected on the future of Europe and the Balkans.

The event was organised by the Institut d’Estudis Europeus of the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (IEE-UAB), the Diputació de Barcelona and the Consell Català del Moviment Europeu.
