Mitjan\u00e7ant la generaci\u00f3 de formes mutants de la prote\u00efna arribem a la conclusi\u00f3 que la MT de <em>Quercus suber<\/em> t\u00e9 una estructura de pin\u00e7a. Per\u00f2 no nom\u00e9s aix\u00f2: detectem la formaci\u00f3 d&#8217;esp\u00e8cies mutants dim\u00e8riques, la participaci\u00f3 de ions clorur i sulfur, la participaci\u00f3 de la Histidina situada en una regi\u00f3 de la prote\u00efna que tothom es pensava que no feia res.
