Recently, her work has focused on strategic planning, overseeing access services, collaborating with faculty to design and implement primary source-based instruction, and coordinating outreach activities. She has over 15 years of professional experience. Carrie holds an M.L.S. with a specialization in archives and an M.A. in Art History, both from Indiana University. She lectures and writes on primary source literacy, educational equity, archival outreach initiatives, and university history.
