Thanks to TransMedia Catalonia‘s long experience in user testing, we have contacts with various user associations and are familiar with experimental and ethical protocols. LAB-TTAV can design, organise and carry out user testing in the field of audiovisual translation and media accessibility.
Some examples of our services are:
- methodological advice for testing with users, including ethic protocols, with a special emphasis in differently abled users (people with visual impairment, hearing disabilities, etc.),
- consultancy for the design of studies (focus groups, interviews or experimental tests), and
- for the development of studies and analysis.
