PhD (UMIST, UK) works at Universitat Aut\u00f2noma de Barcelona (Spain). She is a member of the research group <\/span>TransMedia Catalonia<\/span><\/a><\/strong><\/u>. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

She has written and edited many books, near 100 academic papers and almost the same number of book chapters all on <\/span>Media Accessibility<\/strong><\/u>,<\/span><\/a> Leader and participant on numerous EU funded projects such as <\/span>HBB4ALL<\/span><\/a><\/strong><\/u>,  <\/span>ACT<\/span><\/a><\/strong><\/u>,  <\/span>UMAQ (Understanding Quality Media Accessibility)<\/span><\/a><\/strong><\/u>, <\/span>EasyTV (interaction to accessible TV)<\/strong><\/u> <\/a>,<\/span> <\/span>ImAc <\/a><\/span><\/strong><\/u>(Immersive Accessibility<\/a>). <\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

HELIOS<\/a> <\/span><\/strong>and<\/span> REBUILD<\/a><\/span><\/strong> 2018-2021, <\/span>TRACTION<\/a> <\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span>and<\/span> SO-CLOSE <\/span><\/strong>2020-2023 and  the four ERASMUS+ <\/span>ADLAB PRO<\/span><\/a><\/u><\/strong>, <\/span>EASIT<\/a>,<\/span><\/strong><\/u> <\/span>LTA<\/a><\/span><\/strong><\/u> <\/span><\/strong>and<\/span> IMPACT<\/a><\/span><\/strong> Co-founder of the <\/span>Media Accessibility Platform MAP<\/strong>.<\/span><\/a>  She works in standardisation and participates in the ITU IRG-AVA – <\/span>Intersector Rapporteur Group Audiovisual Media Accessibility<\/span><\/a><\/strong><\/u>. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Member of the working group ISO\/IEC JTC 1\/SC 35. Member of the Spanish UNE working group on accessibility. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
