Romualdo Moreno received his B.Sc. degree in Computer Science from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona in 1989 and the Ph.D. from the same university in 1994. He has held various positions in the UAB: Vice Dean of the Faculty of Science between 1996 and 1999, Head of the Department of Telecommunication and Systems Engineering between 2003 and 2010, Deputy Director of the Engineering School between 2010 and 2011, among others. Since 2011 he is Coordinator of the Logistics and Aeronautical Unit of the Department of Telecommunication and Systems Engineering and Coordinator of the Master in Aeronautical Management.
His current research interest area is the development of unmanned aerial systems, focused in the development and implementation of cooperative systems.
