It generally responds to an application and may end a particular administrative procedure.<\/p>\n<p><strong>B.\u00a0STRUCTURE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Identification of the document<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Identify the document with a reference number. If the resolution is especially long or complex, it may be appropriate to add a short title by way of summary.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2.\u00a0Background<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>List the facts and the various steps that have been taken since the beginning of the process and any regulations that might affect the decision. Introduce them with the expression <em>considering<\/em> in bold, capital letters followed by a colon, and write each statement on a new line. If there are two statements or more, number them.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3.\u00a0Resolution<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Introduce this section with the formula <em>I resolve<\/em> in bold, capital letters and followed by a colon, and briefly state the decision taken, in full sentences.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4.\u00a0Signature<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This section includes the signature, full name and position of the signatory, in this order.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5.\u00a0Place and date<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>End the resolution with the name of the town or city where the document will be signed and the date.<\/p>\n<p>*******************************************<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.uab.cat\/manualdestilinteruniversitari\/pagina-exemple\/model-documents\/resolution\/model-resolution\/\">C.
